| 한글내용요약 | 인용과 표절은 타인의 저작물을 사용하는 방식에 따라 그 차이가 있다. 인용은 일정한 형식에 따라 타인의 저작물의 출처를 표기하여 이용자가 원 저작자의 정확한 정보를 알 수 있도록 제공한다. 표절은 타인의 원본과 동일하거나 매우 유사한 내용 또는 구성을 가지고 있을 수 있으나 그 정보가 나타나지 않는다. 지식정보에서 텍스트의 경우 인용 형식 및 예시가 정립되어 있고 관련 시스템이나 서비스가 활성화되어 있으나, 도표의 경우 인용 형식시스템이나 서비스의 수가 적으며 명확한 예시 및 인용 형식이 정립되어 있지 않다. 이 표준은 지식정보자원에서 도표 저작물의 연계를 강화하고 효율적으로 관리하기 위하여 메타데이터의 관리체계를 정의하고 표준 요소와 요소별 기술 원칙을 제시하였다. 정보통신단체표준 연구데이터 관리 및 공유를 위한 메타데이터 (TTAK.KO-10.0976)와 DataCite 메타데이터 스키마 버전 4.3(https://schema.datacite.org/meta/kernel-4.3/)을 참고로 하여 구성하였다. | ||
| 영문내용요약 | There is a difference between citation and plagiarism depending on how you use someone else's work. Citation indicates the source of another person's work according to a certain format and provides it so that users can know the exact information of the original author. Plagiarism may have the same or very similar content or composition as another person's original, but the information does not appear. In the case of Knowledge & Information Resources, citation formats and examples are established, and related systems or services are active. However, in the case of images, the number of citation format systems or services is small, and clear examples and citation formats are not established. This standard defines the metadata management system and presents standard elements and technical principles for each element in order to strengthen the linkage of image works in Knowledge & Information Resources and to efficiently manage them. It was composed by referring to the information communication organization standard metadata for managing and sharing research data (TTAK.KO-10.0976) and DataCite metadata schema version 4.3. | ||
