비 및 경비 함정에 설치되는 함정용 무선데이터통신장비 간의 통신 프로토콜을 기술하고 있다. 어선용 무선통신단말기는 설정된 주기 마다 위치 데이터를 송신하며, 무선통신 권역 밖에 있는 타 무선통신 단말기의 중계 요청이 있을 경우 이를 수행한다. 함정용 무선데 이터통신장비는 어선용 무선통신단말기의 신호를 수신하며 순방향과 역방향 프로토콜에 의해 운영된다. 육상용 무선데이터통신장비는 순방향 프로토콜에 의해 어선용 무선통신단말기와 함정용 무선데이터통신장비에 데이터를 전송하고, 어선용 무선통신단말기는 역방향 프로토콜에 의해 육상 및 함정용 무선데이터통신 장비로 해당 정보를 전송한다. 본 문서에서는 상기한 기본 전송 프로토콜에 대해 기술하며, 제5장에서는 시스템 기본 사항을 기술하고 제6장에서 시스템 기본 구성, 제7장에서는 프로토콜의 기본 구조와 순 방향 및 역방향 프로토콜, 제8장에서는 중계통신 프로토콜을, 그리고 제9장부터는 운용 및 기타 사항에 대해 기술한다. |

| 영문내용요약 | This standard states the communication protocol between wireless
communication terminals installed in fishing vessels, and wireless data communication equipment installed in Korea Coast Guard(KCG) bases and patrol ships. Wireless communication terminals on fishing vessels must send their location data every set period and accept any relay requests from other wireless communication terminals outside of the wireless communication range. Wireless data communication equipment on patrol ships must recieve signals from wireless communication terminals on fishing vessels, operating in compliance with forward and reverse direction protocols. Wireless data communication equipment in KCG bases send data to the wireless equipment on fishing vessels and patrol ships according to the forward protocol, and wireless communication terminals on fishing vessels send applicable information to wireless data communication equipment on land and at sea according to the reverse protocol. This document describes the basic transmission protocol mentioned above. The basic details and the structure of the system are stated in Chapters 5 and 6, respectively. Chapter 7 discusses the protocol's basic structure, and the forward and reverse direction protocol. The relay communication protocol, and operational and miscellaneous details are described in Chapters 8 and 9, respectively. |
