| 영문내용요약 | This standard contains minimal considerations to deriving precise cost of data network for becoming telecommunications market fair and competitive. Regarding the shift from legacy network to all-IP network, this suggests several reasonable accounting separation principles for the common costs. Regulators, researchers or operators can use these principles for calculating data network cost in short term. However, in all-IP circumstances, a new costing method regarding data network characteristics has to be launched. Cost-based or other costing methodology can be differently adopted for different market situations. | ||
