¿µ¹®³»¿ë¿ä¾à Router virtualization technology that is used for providing virtualized routers in Future Internet typically consists of four functional entities and three layers. Functional entities of router virtualization consist of users of virtual router, router management center, router node, and virtual router. Further, router virtualization layers that are implemented by virtualization software such as Xen have three layers. The first layer handles control framework for provision and management of virtual router. The second layer is a virtualization layer in router virtualization software. The third layer is programmable switch. This standard describes interfaces among functional entities of router virtualization architecture and interfaces between router virtualization layers.
