본 표준은 사용자가 서비스를 받기위하여 특정 사업자와 SLA를 통하여 보장된 품질 요구 조건을 다수의 사업자 망을 경유하여 통신을 하는 경우에도 보장될수 있도록 하기 위하여, 서비스 제공을 위하여 연동되는 사업자들간에 서비스 품질 요구조건을 할당하는 방법을 제공한다. |

| 영문내용요약 | As the size of the Internet increases, the number of cases where customers of a carrier communicate with others of different carriers also increases. The performance requested by each customer should be supported on the basis of end-to-end systems.
The standard provides a method to allocate the performance requirements between operators in order for the QoS requirement of a customer contracted with a operator through SLA to be guaranteed where the service is provided through interconnected networks operated by those operators . |
