SS-MWI는 사용자 A가 메시지 대기 알림을 받고 또한 메시지 대기 알림이 취소되는 것을 허용하는 부가 서비스이다. 서비스 받는 사용자는 메시지 대기 알림에 따라 메시지 센터에 질의할 수 있게 된다. 본 표준의 절차와 신호 프로토콜은 ISO/IEC 15505 and ISO/IEC 15506.에서 정의한 메시지 대기 부가서비스에 따른다. 본 표준은 H.450.1표준에서 정의한 H.323 부가서비스의 지원을 위한 일반 기능 프로토콜을 사용하기 위한 표준이다. |

| 영문내용요약 | This Recommendation proposes the procedures and signalling protocol for the Message Waiting Indication supplementary service (SS-MWI) in H.323 (Packet Based Multimedia Communications Systems) networks. SS-MWI is a supplementary service that enables a Served User A to be sent a Message Waiting Indication and also enables this Message Waiting Indication to be cancelled. The Served User may also be permitted to interrogate a Message Centre for any Message Waiting Indications. The procedures and the signalling protocol of this Recommendation are derived from the Message Waiting Indication supplementary service as specified in ISO/IEC 15505 and ISO/IEC 15506. | ||
