| 영문내용요약 | The standard presents benchmarking methodology recommendations that address IPv6-specific aspects, such as evaluating the forwarding performance of traffic containing extension headers, as defined in RFC 2460. The Benchmarking Methodology for Network Interconnect Devices document, RFC 2544, is for the most part applicable to evaluating the IPv6 performance of network elements. The standard addresses the IPv6-specific requirements that MUST be observed when applying the recommendations of RFC 2544. These additional requirements stem from the architecture characteristics of IPv6. The standard is not a replacement for, but a complement to, RFC 2544. | ||
