¿µ¹®³»¿ë¿ä¾à In the current landscape of commercial document specifications, there exist standards such as OOXML(Office Open XML; ISO/IEC 29500) and OWPML(Open Word-Processor Markup Language; KS X 6101). However, documents created based on software based on each specification often lack compatibility. To address this issue, this standard proposes procedures for databasing of documents based on OWPML specifications as well as OOXML-based documents.

Analysis and definition of metadata elements in existing commercial OWPML documents are conducted to design a conversion process that merges them into a unified specification and enables their utilization. The elements of OWPML documents are segmented into semantic units to generate information for databasing. This data serves as the basis for extracting metadata.

Through such transformation procedure, it is possible to construct medadata and knowledge graphs based on external data sources for documents. This enhances the efficiency of document processing environments and enables more effective utilization of document content.
