¿µ¹®³»¿ë¿ä¾à This standard defines relay network protocol based on MFAN. The relay network
can be created to increase MFAN coverage. MFAN is a wireless network that
transmits/receives data using magnetic field from low frequency band. The
participating devices in MFAN are divided according to their function into MFAN-C,
MFAN-N, and MFAN-R. Only one MFAN-C exists within one MFAN, and several
MFAN-N devices form a network centered on MFAN-C. MFAN-R creates another
network including MFAN-Ns which are not involved in the MFAN created by MFAN-C
due to the communication range. MFAN-C manages the connection and release of
MFAN-N and MFAN-R.
MFAN is based on TDMA(Time Division Multiple Access). MFAN-C manages MFAN,
and when MFAN-N and MFAN-R are connected to the MFAN, MFAN-C allocates the
wireless resource(time). MFAN-R communicates with MFAN-Ns in the relay network
coverage based on the allocated wireless resource from MFAN-C
