| 한글내용요약 | 본 표준은 연안의 유동과 해수 상태에 대한 실시간 관측을 목적으로 구현되는 3~50 ㎒ 범위의 주파수를 사용하는 해수면 레이다에 대한 표준 특성을 제공한다.
전 세계적으로 약 500여기의 레이다가 구현되어 사용되고 있으며, 그 중 미국과 일본의 구축 현황을 일례로 보여주고 있다. 5.1절에서는 브래그 산란 이론에 입각한 해수면 레이다의 동작 원리와 활용 주파수 대역에 대해 기술하였고, 5.2 및 5.3절에서는 현재 널리 사용되고 있는 해수면 레이다의 방사 패턴 등 안테나와 송신기 특성을 소개하고 있다. 또한, 5.4절에서는 3~50 ㎒의 주파수 범위 내에서 통상적으로 사용되는 해수면 레이다의 시스템 특성을 각 시스템 파라미터별로 상세하게 나열하였다. |

| 영문내용요약 | This standard provides protocol characteristics of oceanographic radar of 3~50 ㎒ frequency range for real-time observation on flow and condition of the sea.
About 500 radars are operated in the world and operation environment in USA and Japan are described as example. In the section 5.1, operation principle and practical frequency bandwidth of oceanographic radars using Bragg scattering is described, characteristics of widely operated radar antenna and transmitter are introduced in the section 5.2 and 5.3. Moreover, the section 5.4 lists characteristics of oceanographic radar operating generally in the frequency range of 3~50 ㎒ by system parameters in detail. |
