¿µ¹®³»¿ë¿ä¾à The standard presents the indicators and quality measurement methods for video service quality measurement in mobile terminals. Video service quality measurement is targeted at LTE mobile communication service. The measurement period is based on the actual usage environment of the user, from the video service platform, which is the starting point of service provision, to the user terminal through the mobile communication provider network as the whole of the service utilization. Quality indicators defined image loading time, number of screen stops and time, resolution change value, number and time of advertisement, and MOS for video quality. It is recommended to measure the video quality for 10 seconds after viewing the video in a period of 30 seconds.
Furthermore, the network quality is measured before the first video is viewed and at each scoring time, and the network quality verification is performed in parallel with whether the video is downloaded.
