The standard describes the reference model of smart emergency medical service that combines Internet of Things (IoT) technology and explains essential functions necessary for the construction of smart emergency medical system. It defines the reference model and detailed configuration of the smart emergency medical service which is composed of emergency patient bio-signal monitoring, quality management of emergency service and pre-hospital care records, and data transmission to hospital information system or national emergency information system.
