This technical report investigates trends related to the measurement of information and communication technology maturity used in national ICT R&D projects, and describes research trends by analyzing standardization related topics within technology readiness level(TRL) and the necessity of introducing information and communication standard readiness level(SRL). First, this report describes concepts and activity trends of technology readiness level to measure the maturity of information and communication technology in national ICT R&D projects. Second, it describes the necessity of introducing concept of information and communication standard readiness levels.
