The standard describes a model for assessing the risk that various natural disasters that occur in response to climate change and affect electrical facilities. The standard presents an overview of the risks of electrical facilities due to climate changes and describes the usefulness of the spider web chart as a methodology for assessing those risks. Subsequently, the requirements for assessing the risk of electrical facilities are derived. Finally, the climate change risk assessment model of high voltage electrical facility that is based on spider web chart methodology is proposed.
