| 한글 내용요약 | 본 표준은 선형 혹은 비선형 전기통신 시스템의 특성과 관련된 모든 인간음성의 특성을 재현하는 신호인 의사음성(artificial voice)에 대하여 규정한 것으로서, 실제음성의 특성을100Hz?8kH의 대역폭에 걸쳐 재생하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이 표준의 의사음성은 탄소 마이크로폰, 확성 전화기, 비선형 부호화기, 반향 제어 장치, 음절 압축기(Syllabic commpandors),일반적인 비선형 시스템과 같은 다수의 장치를 특성화 하는데 유용하며,주로 음성처리 시스템과 기기(예를들면, 음성코덱)의 객관 측정에 주로 사용된다. 본 표준은 의사음성의 다음과 같은 특성과 발생방법과 관련된 것을 규정한다. 의사음성의 특성으로는 - 장시간 평균 스펙트럼 및 단시간 스펙트럼 - 순서 진폭 분포 - 음성파형의 유성음, 무성음 구조 및 음절의 포락선에 관하여 규정하고, 의사음성의 발생방법과 관련하여 - 여기 신호원, 성대 진동신호 및 무성음 - 전력 포락선 및 스펙트럼 성형필터에 관한 사항을 규정한다 |

This standard describes the artificial voice used for objective evaluation of speech processing systems and devices, in which a single-channel signal with continuous activity is significant for measuring characteristics. The artificial voice is a signal that is mathematically defined and that reproduces the time and spectral characteristics of speech which significantly affect the performances of telecommunication system. Two kinds of artificial voice are defined, reproducing respectively the spectral characteristics of female and male speech. The following time and spectral characteristics of real speech are reproduced by the artificial voice:
a) long-term average spectrum, b) sgort - term spectrum, c) instantaneous amplitude distribution, d) voice and unvoiced structure of speech waveform, e) syllabic envelop |
