¿µ¹® ³»¿ë¿ä¾à This technical report explains the main features for public safety defined in 3GPP Release 12 and 3GPP Release 13 specifications. It contains core technologies for public safety developed by 3GPP SA(Service & Systems Aspects) and RAN(Radio Access Network). Specifically, the overview and architecture on MCPTT (Mission Critical Push To Talk), D2D(Device to Device), eProSe (evolved Proximity Service), GCSE(Group Communication System Enabler) and IOPS(Isolated E-UTRAN Operation for Public Safety) respectively are described.
