This standard describes a technical specification to provide a digital signature function for the web-browser and local applications in the mobile identity management framework. The specification explains both the digital signature procedure and the security-key exchange procedure. The procedures are different in case of the web-browser and local application. Also, the specification includes the structures of request/response message of each procedure.
