초단파 해상 이동 위성 대역에서 VHF 데이터 교환을 위한 VDE-SAT의 기술적 특징은 2022년 개정된 국제전기통신연합(이하 “ITU” 라 한다) ITU-R M.2092-1의 부속서 5에서 규정하고 있다. 이 표준은 ITU-R M.2092-1의 부속서 5의 개방형 시스템 간 상호 접속(이하 “OSI” 라 한다) 계층 모델에 따른 다양한 프로토콜에 대한 설명과 각 계층의 세부 구현 사항을 권고한다. |

The technical characteristics of VDE-SAT for a VHF data exchange system in the VHF maritime mobile bands are specified in Annex 5 of the International Telecommunication Union(here in after referred to as “ITU”) Recommendation ITU-R M.2092-1, revised in 2022. This standard recommends a description of various protocols and detailed implementations of each layer according to the Open Systems Interconnection(here in after referred to as “OSI”) layer model as specified in Annex 5 of ITU-R M.2092-1.
