The open source governance framework can be divided into private companies, national research institutes, and public institutions by domain, and governance may be required for suppliers who develop and supply open source by domain and consumers who introduce and operate open source. Each detailed item can be composed of internal governance, utilization management, license management, security vulnerability management, supply chain management, and contribution management required for internal operation, and these domain and detailed items may require additional components depending on the characteristics of the industrial domain.
