This standard presents the quality evaluation process for package software. The evaluation process consists of five steps. They include the establishment of evaluation requirements, the specification of evaluation, the design of evaluation, the implementation of evaluation, and the conclusion of evaluation. With this evaluation process, the repeatable and reproducible evaluation results can be generated. This standard can be utilized by package software developers, acquirers and independent evaluators.
