This standard proposes review and evaluation criteria for DLT adoption, as well as design and evaluation criteria for DLT solutions and DLT systems, to evaluate whether they are suitably designed to meet the achievement of the business goals and requirements of DLT solution customers. First, it provides review criteria that allow DLT solution customers to consider the suitability of DLT adoption, along with evaluation criteria for evaluators to determine its suitability. Subsequently, it provides design and evaluation criteria for evaluating whether the goals and requirements of the DLT solution are reasonably achievable and whether the design is suitable. Finally, it provides design and evaluation criteria for evaluating whether the DLT system is suitably designed to achieve the goals and requirements of the DLT solution.
