This standard provides guidelines for applying key variables for the transaction price calculation model of data provided by the big data distribution platform by period. The key variables for data price calculation consist of each variable type and detailed variables from the entire attributes managed as meta information on the big data distribution platform, and divide them by period to define a procedure for applying them to the price calculation model by setting the classification of each period and the appropriate key variables.
It also explains the procedure for applying key variables applied to the data price calculation model considering the characteristics of each transaction period, and additionally provides guidelines for the final price calculation model that combines free data with the existing paid data price when trading as a single product, which was previously traded for free. Through this, it presents procedures for effective price calculation on big data distribution platforms, and explains the contents that can facilitate transactions between data providers and buyers and improve market efficiency by analyzing and applying key variables by transaction period, taking into account performance indicators, data types, market demand and supply, competition, user requirements and satisfaction, and government policy and regulatory areas. |
