This standard defines the reference architecture of an intelligent disaster situation management enterprise system and defines an example of operation procedures between functional elements. In the reference architecture, the structure of the architecture is defined, the functional elements included in the architecture are defined, and the interfaces between the functional elements are defined. In the example of the operation procedures between functional elements, operation procedures are described for the following main operation procedures: collecting disaster situation management information and creating and managing situation management big data; supporting intelligent situation management decision-making based on the disaster situation management work process; visualizing disaster situation management information on situation boards.
