This standard introduces the various characteristics of addresses utilized in Korea and describes the characteristics and components of address information types. The Korean address system is divided into the address reference system(ARS), the national address data(NAD), and the address intelligent data(AID). Each type specifies how addresses are granted and what they are used for. This standard specifies the detailed elements that make up the address system.
