영문 내용요약

The standard provides the technical requirements for flexibly coupled wireless power transfer (WPT) systems. In version 1.3, interoperability requirements are defined, as well as, resonator coupling efficiency calculations for improving a multi-charging and charging efficiency. Also, the PRU category is extended in version 1.3 compared with version 1.2. The receiver could receive up to a maximum power 6.5W in version 1.2, but the reception range is extended up to 50W in version 1.3, which means that it has been improved the structure of the receiver so that we can charge laptops, to tablets, and peripherals. In terms of business model, version 1.2 is limited to the home or office wireless charging service like smart phones or transmitters inside vehicles, but version 1.3 is extended to coffee shops, restaurants, and other public places based service, introducing the concept of infrastructure.
