¿µ¹® ³»¿ë¿ä¾à The technical report analyzes 5.8GHz V2V communication coverage according to the data rates under street canyon environments. Wave propagation path loss models for street canyon condition are classified into LOS and NLOS. The maximum allowable path loss values are obtained according to the data rate for LOS and NLOS, respectively. The coverage for V2V under LOS condition is from 600m to 100m according to the data rate. The coverage for V2V under NLOS condition is from 180m to 30m. The coverage shows different values for each path loss model. It is observed that the coverage of V2V under NLOS condition is much worse than the coverage in LOS condition. Therefore, the data rate and V2V distance should be carefully considered to keep robust V2V wireless communication channel.
