본 기술보고서는 MCPTT, MCData, MCVideo 등에서 두개 이상의 미션 크리티컬 서비스에 공통적인 서비스 요구사항을 제공한다. 미션 크리티컬 서비스는 LTE 를 위한 그룹통신 시스템 Enabler (GCSE_LTE), Proximity 서비스 (ProSe), 및 3GPP TS 22.179 [1] 에 규정된 MCPTT, 3GPP TS 22.281 [2] 에 규정된 MCVideo 서비스, 3GPP TS 22.282 [3] 에 규정된 MCData 서비스 등의 부가적인 요구사항이 반영된 능력을 활용한다. 미션크리티컬 서비스는 공공 안전 응용과 일반 상업적 응용에 (예: 유틸리티 회사 및 철도 운영자 등) 사용될 수 있다.
MC Service 요구사항은 공통사항인 MCCoRe 와 PTT(Push To Talk) 에 관한 MCPTT, 데이터에 특화된 MCData, 영상에 특화된 MCVideo 규격 등으로 구성되어 있다. 분 문서는 MCVideo 에 관한 국내 보고서이며 MCData 는 이미 만들어져 있고, MCCoRe 도 후속으로 만들어질 예정이다. 2017.6월 기준으로 3GPP 에서는 MCCoRe, MCPTT, MCVideo, MCData 관련 Stage 1 문서는 완료된 상황이며 stage 2 문서는 작업중에 있다.

영문 내용요약

This report provides the service requirements that are common across two or more mission critical services, that is MCPTT, MCData and MCVideo. The mission critical services make use of capabilities included in Group Communications System Enablers for LTE (GCSE_LTE) and Proximity Services (ProSe), with additional requirements specific to the MCPTT Service as specified in 3GPP TS 22.179 [1], MCVideo Service as specified in 3GPP TS 22.281 [2], and MCData Service as specified in 3GPP TS 22.282 [3]. The mission critical services can be used for public safety applications and also for general commercial applications (e.g., utility companies and railway operators).

MC Service requirements documents are composed of common requirements in MCCoRe, Push To Talk (PTT) specific requirements in MCPTT, Video specific requirements in MCVideo, and data specific requirements in MCData. This document is for MCData, while MCVideo and MCCoRe document will be developed sooner or later. As of 2017 June, in 3GPP, MCCoRe, MCPTT, MCVideo and MCData Stage 1 specifications were completed and stage 2 documents are under development.
