| 한글 내용요약 | 본 기술보고서는. MCData (Mission Critical 데이터) 서비스를 운용하기 위한 서비스 요구사항을 제공한다. MCData 는 Group Communication System Enablers for LTE (GCSE_LTE), Proximity Services (ProSe), Isolated E-UTRAN operation for Public Safety (IOPS) 및 미션 크리티컬 공통 요구사항 (MCCoRe) 의 능력과 MCData 서비스에 특화된 추가적인 요구사항을 활용한다. MCData 서비스는 공공안전용 응용 및 일반 상업용 응용(예: 공익 서비스 회사 또는 철도 회사 등)에 사용될 수 있다
MC Service 요구사항은 공통사항인 MCCoRe 와 PTT(Push To Talk) 에 관한 MCPTT, 데이터에 특화된 MCData, 영상에 특화된 MCVideo 규격 등으로 구성되어 있다. 분 문서는 MCData 에 관한 국내 보고서이며 MCVideo, MCCoRe 관련 문서 등 도 후속으로 만들어질 예정이다. 2016.9월 기준으로 3GPP 에서는 MCCoRe, MCPTT, MCVideo, MCData 관련 Stage 1 문서는 완료된 상황이며 stage 2 문서는 작업중에 있다. |

This report provides the service requirements for operation of the MCData service. MCData makes use of capabilities included in Group Communication System Enablers for LTE (GCSE_LTE), Proximity Services (ProSe), Isolated E-UTRAN operation for Public Safety (IOPS) and Mission Critical Common Requirements (MCCoRe) with additional requirements specific to the MCData Service. The MCData Service can be used for public safety applications and also for general commercial applications (e.g., utility companies and railways
MC Service requirements documents are composed of common requirements in MCCoRe, Push To Talk (PTT) specific requirements in MCPTT, Video specific requirements in MCVideo, and data specific requirements in MCData. This document is for MCData, while MCVideo and MCCoRe document will be developed sooner or later. As of 2016 September, in 3GPP, MCCoRe, MCPTT, MCVideo and MCData Stage 1 specifications were completed and stage2 documents are under development. |
