This Standard describes the common requirements for the dispatcher on Disaster and Safety Communications Network (basic functions, H/W, S/W), network system (MCPTT server, CSC, CSCF, contents server, GIS, MDM, recording server, dispatcher server), the connection requirements for interworking between the terminal devices (Dispatcher, UE) and the dispatcher, the command/control service, the service UI to secure the convenience of use, the requirements of various peripheral devices, technical requirements for mobile Dispatcher that can be used immediately in various fields, and describe the requirements for mobile dispatchers.
