¿µ¹® ³»¿ë¿ä¾à This standard defines the cyber components of Ultra-Low Latency CPS in a pyramid-shaped structure consisting of layers of signals, data, information, and knowledge. Subsequently, the method of expressing the behavior and arrangement properties of detailed elements, and timing characteristics is systematized. Various control loops formed within any CPS can be expressed through a combination of individual elements.
