이 표준은 세포내의 유전자정보, 유전자 발현정보, 단백질과 단백질간의 상호작용관계 그리고 질병정보를 연계하여 정보를 검색하고 분석할 수 있는 통합된 메타데이터이다. 향후 시스템생물학을 비롯한 다수준의 생물정보의 분석을 위한 데이터 수집, 관리, 전송, 저장, 공유를 위해 이러한 데이터들이 가지는 각각의 특징과 관련 속성을 기반으로 통합된 메타데이터를 국내 표준으로 제시한다. |
| 영문 내용요약 |
The standard applies to systems biology field that emerged from molecular biology to analyze the biological phenomena with heterogeneous bio-data in terms of systematic perspective. The standard suggests a domestic standard to analyze and search the genes, transcription level, protein-protein interaction, and disease information by that collect, manage, share, store the bio-data that consists of multi-level information including genome, proteome, transcriptome, interactome and disease data in systems biology field.
