이 기술보고서는 자연재난 및 사회재난에 대해 현재 국내 표준으로 제정된 재난안전정보 분류체계를 분석하고 각 재난에 대해 정보 서비스로서 활용될 가능성이 있는 상세 재난 정보 항목들을 도출한다. 상세 재난 항목들에 대한 설명과 분류코드를 확장 정의하여 재난에 대한 정보성 메타데이터를 정의한다. 또한, 이러한 재난정보 메타데이터를 이용한 정보 서비스 혹은 재난 대응 시나리오를 도출하고 제시한다. 뿐만 아니라, 기존 재난안전정보 분류체계에 포함되어 있지 않으나 최근 재난으로 인식될만큼 사회적으로 관심을 가져야 할 재난에 대해서도 정보 서비스로 발전할 수 있도록 신규 재난에 대한 메타데이터를 정의하고 서비스 모델을 제시한다. |
| 영문 내용요약 |
The Technical Report analyzes the disaster safety information classification system established as a domestic standard for natural and social disasters, and derives detailed disaster information items that are likely to be used as information services for each disaster. By extending the description and classification code for detailed disaster items, informational metadata about the disaster is defined. In addition, information services or disaster response scenarios using such disaster information metadata are derived and presented. In addition, we define metadata for new disasters and suggest service models so that they can be developed into information services for disasters that are not included in the existing disaster safety information classification system but should be socially interested enough to be recognized as a recent disaster.
