This standardization document is necessary for SVG Tiny graphic processing on 3rd generation communication system, which are based on W3C standardization. And, the goal is to define for the functionss such as SVG editor, server and mobile terminal. This specification is developed acccording to the need of Korea wireless internet standardization forum, which are to defiine file format, transport protocol, control protocol and compression mechanism.
