최근 오픈소스 소프트웨어 개발 및 사용이 산업 전반에 걸쳐 급증하고 있는 반면 오픈소스 소프트웨어 공급망 관리 부재로 인한 피해 및 이슈 또한 증가하고 있다. 본 표준은 이러한 어려움을 해소하고 산업에서 오픈소스 소프트웨어를 보다 안전하고 유연하게 개발 및 사용할 수 있도록 리눅스 파운데이션에서 운영하고 있는 오픈소스 소프트웨어 공급망 관리를 위한 오픈체인 프로젝트를 제시한 OpenChain 2.1 Specification의 준수사항 및 2020년 1월 20일 정보통신산업진흥원에서 제정한 기업 공개SW 거버넌스 가이드(OpenChain 2.0 해설서)를 기반으로 한 실무 가이드를 제시한다. |

While the development and use of open software has skyrocketed throughout the industry, damages and issues due to lack of open software supply chain management are also increasing. This standard is addressed by the OpenChain project for managing the open software supply chain operated by the Linux Foundation to address these difficulties and make the development and use of open software safer and more flexible in the industry, and provides a practical guide to compliance with OpenChain 2.1 present.
