This document describes the functional requirements of learning data to support interoperability on embedded systems where neural networks such as learning engines and inference engines are used. This requirement defines basic terms, data structure, presentation format, and support for interoperability such as read / write for describing learning data for artificial neural network on the embedded system from the user's point of view.
