"This standard defines optical interfaces for “co-location longitudinally compatible” free space optical systems thereby enabling interference-free coexistence of more than one point-to-point free space optical system at a location.
This standard consists of definition of related terminology and reference model of FSO link, characterization of crosstalk effect between FSO systems to provide co-located longitudinal compatibility, establishing procedure, and safety issues. The case analysis of crosstalk is included in appendix."
