본 표준은 RFID/USN 환경이 도입되고 있는 의약품 및 식품 등 다양한 산업에서 제공되는 개별상품단위(Serial Number) 수준의 제품 물류/유통 및 판매 과정에 대한 다양한 정보의 발생, 저장, 보고, 활용 등을 통해서 의약품 및 식품 등의 정품확인과 물류/유통 및 판매 과정의 정상적 보관환경까지도 확인 및 인증을 수행할 수 있는 확장형 페디그리 사용 프로세스 및 요구사항을 국내에서 표준화함으로써 불법제품의 유통방지와 제품별 유통과정의 관리기준을 강화하여 관련 산업 제품의 사용에 대한 소비자의 건강을 더욱 안전하게 보장해 줄 수 있는 환경의 도입이 효율적이고 효과적으로 실시되게 하기 위함이다.

영문 내용요약

Currently introduced RFID/USN environment can help to generate detail information which identify products up to item unit level during logistics and distribution periods through its supply chain. Therefore, proper storing and reporting of enormous amount of measured item unit level information will be very critically needed to identify the counterfeit and bad quality genuine products during logistics and distribution periods in pharmaceutical and food industries. This standard proposes the process and requirements for employment of extended Pedigree (e-pedigree) with including temperature and humidity management. The application of e-pedigree in pharmaceutical and food industries will increase the patients’ safety by not only identifying the distribution of counterfeit products but also judging the condition of storage environment of genuine products during logistics and distribution periods.
