This standard includes architecture, components and relations between them for geospatial sensor data stream processing service that supports complex event on geospatial sensor data. Also described are functional requirements of the data stream processing service.
This standard applies [OGC 10-025r1 Observations and Measurements - XML Implementation Version 2.0] specification defined by Sensor Web Enablement (SWE) activity of OGC Web Services (OWS) initiative. This standard includes conceptual model of observation and measurement, and description of a framework and encoding for the observation and measurement of geospatial sensors. The observation is an action with a result which has a value describing some phenomenon. Measurement is an observation whose reslut is a measure. |
